Joseph Ludwig, Wirt in Ottering und Anna, Tochter des verstorbenen Simon Hobmayr, "Paur" zu Reisbach und dessen verstorbenen Ehefrau, vertreten durch ihren Bruder, Kaspar Hobmayr, jeztiger "Paur" zu Reisbach schließen folgenden Heiratsvertrag:
Die Braut bringt insgesamt 1200 Gulden Heiratsgut in die Ehe ein. 300 Gulden sind bereits am Hochzeitstag bezahlt worden, die restlichen 900 Gulden sind in jährlichen Raten in Höhe von 100 Gulden zu zahlen. Die Braut erhält das Miteigentum an dem durch die vorher geschehene Übergabe vom Bräutigam erhaltene Wirtschaft mit Bausölde in Ottering.
Zeugen waren. Bartholomäus Niedermiller zu Englpolding ‎(?)‎; Caspar Bauer ‎(???)‎ zu Altenerding, Lorenz Hapf zu Than ‎(!)‎, Mattheiß Paurschmid zu Grafing und Simon Lehner zu Hörgersdorf.
